Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to a website everyone can use.

Clear Benefits wants everyone, including people who use assistive technology, to be able to learn about coverage options and reach our team. Many of the patients our partner pharmacies serve are older adults, so readable, accessible pages matter to us.

Our standard

This website is designed to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

What we have done

  • Typefaces chosen for legibility: Lexend for headings and Atkinson Hyperlegible Next for text.
  • Text and interface colors that meet AA contrast ratios.
  • A skip link, clear page landmarks and one main heading per page.
  • Full keyboard access with a visible focus indicator, including the menu, questions and answers, the chat assistant and forms.
  • Text descriptions for meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • A pause control for the homepage background video, which does not play when your device asks for reduced motion.
  • Form fields with visible labels and error messages that explain how to fix the problem.
  • Pages that work at 200% zoom and on small screens without horizontal scrolling.

Known limitations

Some links go to third-party services, such as the DocuSign enrollment form and Honesty.ai. We do not control the accessibility of those services, but we can help you complete the same steps by phone.
